Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as Receptionists, with both full-time and part-time positions available. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities- Greet visitors and clients promptly and courteously to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently to appropriate team members or departments
- Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate records to ensure security and smooth operations
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and confirm bookings to support salon operations
- Handle client inquiries and provide clear, helpful information about services and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area to reflect the salon’s image
- Collaborate with team members to support daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations
**Part time 3 days a wk. 11-9 pm $1600-$1800 (Work schedule is negotiable).
