Salary & Benefits- Salary: $2300 to $2600 (depending on experience)
- Monthly Rest Days: 5 days
- Annual Leave: In accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Regulations
- Monday to Friday: 10:00am – 7:00pm OR 12:00pm – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Manage front desk reception and customer service
- Maintain and manage existing customer base
- Proactively arrange and confirm customer appointments
- Answer appointment calls and handle customer enquiries
- Assist in solving customer issues and providing support
- Introduce salon services and promotions to customers
- Perform basic computer work such as filling forms and data entry
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Experience in front desk work at a beauty salon / spa is preferred
- Proficient in basic computer skills (forms, records, scheduling)
- Relevant work experience is required
