Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Arranging appointments, handling correspondence, mail, confidential and sensitive documents
- Manage travel and schedule and liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Finding business information which required for and assisting whenever requested
- Identifying company market needs, finding potential products can best satisfy those needs
- Screens potential business deals by analysing & researching market information
Requirements:
- Preferably 3-5 years experiences in business related field
- Good organization, Interpersonal relationships and communication skills
- Multi-tasking and time management capability
- Able to work independently and travel is required occasionally
- Able to read and written in Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Chairman & clients) prefer Burmese and English speaking too
- Ability to analyze & research financial information
