Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging appointments, handling correspondence, mail, confidential and sensitive documents
  • Manage travel and schedule and liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Finding business information which required for and assisting whenever requested
  • Identifying company market needs, finding potential products can best satisfy those needs
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing & researching market information

Requirements:

  • Preferably 3-5 years experiences in business related field
  • Good organization, Interpersonal relationships and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Able to work independently and travel is required occasionally
  • Able to read and written in Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking Chairman & clients) prefer Burmese and English speaking too
  • Ability to analyze & research financial information
