We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate logistics, including transport, travel, deliveries, and site arrangements
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
  • Able to work independently and handle sensitive matters professionally
  • Experience in logistics or operations support is a plus, but not required
