We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate logistics, including transport, travel, deliveries, and site arrangements
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
- Able to work independently and handle sensitive matters professionally
- Experience in logistics or operations support is a plus, but not required
