Key Responsibilities
CS Officer-- Oversee and lead a small team of CSA in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities. Additionally, assist the Duty Manager in daily deployment based on agreed service standards with the airlines and airport authorities.
- The Passenger Services Agent is responsible for checking in passengers, assisting and guiding them in using the Self Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop machines, and performing gate handling duties while coordinating departure activities with airline crews and relevant airport departments. The role also involves escorting transit passengers between arrival gates and the Transfer Holding Area, providing assistance to passengers with special needs, and carrying out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Basic salary from S$2,000 - S$2,800 (avg~)
- Monthly shift allowances + OT up to $500 (avg~)
- One-time Joining Bonus ($5,000)
- Annual AWS (1 month)
- Performance Bonuses (up to 3 month)
- Open to Locals only
- Must have minimally NITEC/Diploma
- Open to candidates with no experience, training provided
- Must be confident and independent at times
- Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) at the airport
