Sales Executive (Parts sales | Automotive)

Responsibilities:

• Present specialised automotive and marine engine spare parts persuasively to clients, addressing objections and negotiating contract terms to close sales effectively
• Utilise digital and AI software and advanced Microsoft Excel tools (Power Query, Power Pivot) to analyse sales data and enhance customer engagement
• Prepare accurate sales quotes and calculate discounts promptly to support client decision-making and improve sales conversion rates
• Demonstrate empathy to build genuine rapport and trust with customers, fostering long-term loyalty
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support overseas business development and client engagement
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in sales, account management, or customer service within automotive, wholesale, or engineering industries
• Communication & Negotiation: The ability to persuasively present products, handle objections, and negotiate contract terms is essential.
• Proficiency in office tools like Microsoft Modern Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint.
