Job Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
Prepare and present data-driven reports on hiring progress and funnel metrics to influence decisions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations; maintain accurate ATS data. Drive process improvements and participate in pilots for new recruitment tools.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for repeatable skill sets. Provide market insights by analysing competitor trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability Deliver concise market-mapping reports and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies.
