Our client is an established and successful financial institution with an international business portfolio. To support its growth and business transformation as the firm pivots the business, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic and progressive talent acquisition lead to be part of this exciting journey to enable the firm to be a strong talent magnet.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Talent, this is a high impact hands-on role where you will be partnering business leaders in identifying talent needs and acquiring top talent for the firm. You will run mandates via direct hiring or partnering with search partners ensuring efficiency of the recruitment process to meet key metrics related to time-to-hire, risk management, candidate and stakeholder experience.This is an end-to-end role from executive hiring requisition through till managing offer approvals, acceptance and onboarding; working with colleagues in the HR specialist and HR services colleagues. You will also play a key role in contributing to the transformation and future-proofing of the firm's talent acquisition capabilities through the smart application of AI, data, and digital solutions.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with deep experience in acquiring top talent in banking, asset management, financial services or related sectors. You have the competencies to identify, attract and manage passive talent, manage complex compensation package negotiations.You are able to build credibility and confidence with executive candidates and business leaders, and possess strong stakeholder influencing skills and the ability able to navigate through ambiguous scenarios to achieve desired outcomes.
