Fund & Office Operations Executive

Salary: S$4,000 - S$8,000

Our Client is an MAS-licensed fund management company backed by an established international financial group, focusing on alternative investments across global markets. They are looking for Fund & Office Operations Executive (Japanese Speaking).

• Prepare and manage investor reporting
• Monitor fund risk and cash flow
• Support fund structuring and setup processes
• Assist with regulatory reporting to MAS and other authorities
• Support preparation and review of legal documents related to funds
• Handle financial reporting for funds and related entities
• Manage office operations, including HR and general administration
• Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties

• Variable Bonus (Depending on the company and individual performance)
• Annual Leave: 10 Days （Maximum up to 21days）

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, administration, or related functions
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office
• High sense of responsibility and strong attention to detail

• Experience in fund operations or the asset management industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles or financial reporting
