Chef de Partie – Casual Cafe - Bukit Merah

We are hiring a dedicated Chef de Partie (CDP) to join the kitchen team, a new local-style casual dining concept. This role focuses on light cooking and food preparation in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of assigned kitchen section (mainly light cooking)
• Prepare and present local dishes efficiently and consistently
• Support smooth kitchen workflow and ensure food is served on time
• Work closely with chefs and service team to meet restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations and kitchen equipment
• Ensure food quality and portion control according to recipes and standards
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and receiving of goods
• Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations
• Be flexible to assist in other sections as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
• Familiar with local flavours or casual dining concepts preferred
• Team player with good communication and time management skills
• Willing to learn and grow in a new brand environment
