As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in the HRMS project.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment for all employees.
- Review and validate payroll data, including attendance, overtime, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, IRAS, Employment Act).
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and present payroll reports for management review and audit.
- Complete all statutory surveys and report requirements on time.
- Maintain organized and secure payroll records and information.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure timely receipt of employee data and adherence to payroll deadlines.
- Stay updated on statutory changes affecting compensation (e.g., CPF rates, tax regulations).
- Manage audits related to HR and payroll functions
- Perform other payroll-related administrative duties as assigned.
- Undertake project assignments as and when required
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Certification in Payroll processing preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resource / Payroll role, preferred with experience in Healthcare sector
- Candidates with more experience as a payroll checker will be considered for specialist position
- Strong organizational skills, details orientated
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
