Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our vending machine business. This pivotal role will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the sales and deployment of our innovative vending solutions across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
  • Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities for vending machine placement and sales across various sectors (e.g., offices, factories, educational institutions, public spaces, retail outlets).
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for vending machine deployment.
  1. Sales & Partnership Development
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our vending machine solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and propose tailored vending solutions.
  1. Strategic Deployment & Account Management
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and installation of vending machines at client sites.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new accounts post-deployment, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional machine placements or product offerings.
  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.
  1. Revenue & Target Achievement
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for vending machine sales and deployment.
  • Contribute to the overall revenue growth of the vending machine division.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the F&B, retail, or vending machine industry. Experience with B2B sales is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
  • Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, resilient, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
