Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talents. Oversee manpower planning and align recruitment strategies with manpower budget requirements.

Streamlining HR operational processes for cost efficiency and driving digital transformation initiatives to support the organisation’s strategic goals.
Oversee the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Involve in developing and implementing initiatives to support career progression, employee engagement, and retention.
Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns effectively.
Lead HR System review and the implementation of new HR systems or upgrades, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare and present HR-related reports and analytics to senior management as needed.
Support the Risk Management Leader and collaborate with the RM team to develop guidelines and organise Workplace Safety & Health events.
Provide support for cross-departmental projects and ad-hoc initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in supervisory role.
Proficiency in using HR software and payroll systems, with hands-on experience in system implementation projects is advantageous.
Strong understanding of workforce planning, budgeting, and cost optimisation strategies.
Analytical mindset, strong problem solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations effectively.
3 years contract with the possibility of converting to permanent position.
