Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Community Engagement

Develop and implement strategic fundraising and outreach plans
Lead fundraising initiatives including donor engagement, sponsorships, grants, and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
Identify and engage prospective donors and supporters through outreach and networking efforts
Develop engagement initiatives to strengthen community participation and advocacy

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on engagement strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper governance and utilisation of donations and contributions
Support partnership development and relationship management initiatives

Strategy & Organisational Support

Monitor trends and best practices in community engagement and fundraising
Support organisational strategic planning and leadership initiatives
Prepare reports, updates, and presentations where required
Support additional projects and initiatives assigned by management

Requirements

Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Social Services, or related discipline
Experience in fundraising, donor engagement, community engagement, or partnership management
Experience managing outreach programmes, sponsorships, or engagement events
