The Job

The Quality Manager is responsible for managing all safety (as appointed Aviation Safety Manager), quality and continuous improvement aspects of the business.

• You’ll ensure compliance with Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA Part-145), and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA Part 145) regulations.
• You’ll maintain and improve QMS and SMS in line with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
• You’ll lead internal/external audits and ensure closure of findings.
• You’ll oversee incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean) to enhance safety, quality, and turnaround time.
• You’ll manage supplier quality and ensure compliance of subcontracted work.
• You’ll promote safety culture and human factors awareness across maintenance teams.
• Any other task assigned by the General Manager.

• Degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in aviation quality, preferably within an MRO environment.
• Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations, AS9100 / ISO 9001, ICAO Safety Management System (SMS).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
