Senior Quality Manager (Electronics)

Global Supplier - Electronics

5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm

UP $12,000 Basic + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall quality management and build a strong quality-focused culture in the organization
• Drive cross-functional quality initiatives across operations, engineering, procurement, and customer quality teams
• Improve risk assessment and decision-making processes to strengthen plant quality standards
• Work with Advanced Quality Planning to ensure smooth product and project launches
• Enhance and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with global standards
• Manage customer and third-party audits with minimal findings and ensure compliance and supplier quality
• Improve customer satisfaction through timely complaint handling, 8D problem-solving, and effective communication
• Reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and strengthen supplier quality through development programs
• Promote and reinforce Principle-Based Management (PBM) within the quality team

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Technology (Master’s/MBA preferred)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, including 10 years in leadership roles
• Strong experience in customer, supplier, manufacturing quality, and QMS
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to drive a quality culture
• Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, PPAP, and capability studies
• Experience in supplier quality management, audits, and supplier development
• Willingness to travel for customer and supplier engagements
