RECRUITFIRST IS HIRING, YOU WILL BE OUTSOURCED/DEPLOYED TO:

Location: Robinson Road (Near Tanjong Pagar MRT)
Duration: 1 yr, extendable
Working hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Pay: Up to $3k/mth + 1 mth completion bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform helpdesk support by answering call or replying email providing 1st level resolution to end users.
  • Perform onsite support to end users by ticket or service request.
  • Each incident call and email must be properly logged and tracked until issue is resolved and closed by end-users.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to 2nd / 3rd level internal support team
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Perform Service Request including account setup and network configuration
  • Perform hardware setup support for end users
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues / requests at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals for future references / analysis
  • Participate in Projects from customers requirement.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned to him/her

Requirements:

  • Entry level with relevant studies in IT/Business IT related courses
