- Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with enquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Log and update customer interactions in the system
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain good customer relationships and uphold service standards
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service operation
- Greet and attend to walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle general enquiries
- Manage appointment bookings, meeting schedules, and visitor registration
