Warehouse Assistant /& Customer Service Coordinator - Bukit Batok

1. Warehouse Assistant /$2,100 - $2,400 + $120 Transport Allowance /5.25 (alt Sat) @Pandan Road

• Perform inbound (receiving, sorting, put- away) or outbound (pick/pack/release)
• Perform stock cycle count, and 5C housekeeping of workplace
• Operate reach truck/forklift (when necessary, must possess license)
• Secondary School eaducation with 1 year warehouse experience

1. Warehouse Assistant (1 year Contract) /$2,300 - $3,000 /5 days / @Woodlands

• Receiving and put away; checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing.
• Ensure goods are handled with care and assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
• Operating of forklift and reach truck
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse and possess Forklift license

1. Customer Service Coordinator / Up to $2,200 + OT /(5 days or 5.5 days) @Toh Guan

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents & import/export documentation and invoicing of order.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Perform of general housekeeping within the workplace
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
