We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence amongst Builders and Developers in the luxury premium space in Singapore.

This is a highly influential role responsible for both growing existing accounts and generating new business opportunities with Developers and Builders. You will maintain enduring partnerships that deliver profitable growth, while also prospecting, opening new doors, and expanding Fisher & Paykel’s footprint in the builder market.

You’ll cultivate enthusiasm and advocacy for our brands, vision and products across the builder channel—converting opportunities into wins and building long-term loyalty. This role combines strategic planning, business development, and operational leadership, giving you scope to influence market direction and deliver measurable results.

This is an Individual Contributor role for someone who enjoys owning things end-to-end, working close to the business, and operating in a fast-moving environment.

In this role, you will:

Actively prospect, identify, and secure new business opportunities within the builder and developer sectors while growing existing customer relationships.

Leading the planning and delivery of Fisher & Paykel’s builder strategy, aligning with global priorities and growth aspirations.

Identifying and developing integrated demand generation strategies that drive commercial sales and increase market share.

Partnering strategically with Developers and Builders to create seamless, brand-aligned experiences that convert quotes into successful placements.

Attending industry events, cold calling and networking to identify new opportunities and expand market reach.

Driving disciplined execution of sales plans, provide regular reporting to both local and global market groups.

Ensuring highly effective cross-functional collaboration that delivers on expectations.

Champion Fisher & Paykel’s presence in the market, consistently expanding our footprint

Working closely with the General Manager – Sales and Peers to deliver on ambitious growth targets

Who you are

You are an experienced commercial sales professional with proven track record of successfully prospecting and transforming leads into enduring, profitable partnerships. Experience partnering with multi residential developers & home builders would be highly favourable.

You bring strong business planning skills, the ability to prioritise and execute effectively, and the confidence to influence at all levels. With a commercial mindset, you combine strategic thinking with sharp market awareness to identify opportunities and deliver profitable growth.
