Field Application Engineer (Electronic Components)

Our client, a Japanese semiconductor distribution company, is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support product marketing and promotional activities in Singapore. This role will work closely with suppliers and customers and reports directly to the Manager.

• Drive design-in activities and support product promotion initiatives to grow business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new demand-creation accounts to expand market reach.
• Coordinate and align with suppliers on all technical promotion activities to ensure consistency and effective execution.
• Provide in-depth technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and solution recommendations.
• Conduct technical seminars, presentations, and training sessions for customers to enhance product understanding.

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
• Good knowledge and practical application experience in MCU, Analog, and Power-related technologies.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Open to overseas travel when required for business needs.
