Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Director [ Consultancy / Construction ]

Basic Salary: $7000 - $9000

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects from feasibility stage through to final completion.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, cost plans, and overall project budgets.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage the full tendering process, including bid evaluation and recommendations.
• Provide contract administration and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project costs, assess variations, and manage progress claims and final accounts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quantity surveyors to achieve project and business goals.
• Allocate resources effectively and oversee team performance and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
• Contribute to proposals, secure new projects, and support the growth and market presence of the consultancy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a consultancy firm within quantity surveying or cost management.
• Technical knowledge in pre- and post-contract services and contract administration.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple projects.
