Regional IT & Security Operations Manager (Less Than 100 Pax) - Toa Payoh

Job Description:

Our client are seeking a proactive and hands-on Regional IT & Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day IT operations and security management for their offices in Singapore and Bangkok. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT, cybersecurity, and physical security matters in the region, ensuring that systems, infrastructure, and support services function effectively and align with global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure are functioning smoothly.
• Manage local IT infrastructure, including networking, security, and servers, in collaboration with external IT service providers.
• Serve as the main liaison between the business and IT/security functions for all projects and incidents in the Singapore and Bangkok offices.
• Gather and assess business requirements to define functional specifications and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Drive the optimization and standardization of IT tools and systems, promoting effective data governance with a focus on data sensitivity and compliance.
• Implement and uphold IT, cybersecurity, and physical security policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
• Manage user access controls for systems and applications.
• Supervise external vendors to ensure reliable support for local and cloud-based applications.
• Provide first-line IT support to local staff, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all IT and security systems, processes, and policies.
• Keep an accurate and current inventory of all IT assets.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and security management, preferably in a regional or multi-office environment.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, cybersecurity principles, cloud applications, and vendor management.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions aligned with corporate standards.
• Hands-on and resourceful individual with the ability to troubleshoot, support users directly, and manage day-to-day IT tasks independently.
