Assistant Operation Manager (Security | CCTV | ALL WELCOME) - Up to $3,200 - Hougang
- Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental benefits + Mobile SIM Card & Phone provided
- Duration: Contract (6 months/1 year)
- Industry: Security and communications systems
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations of security projects and services (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Liaise with clients to schedule installations, maintenance, and inspections
- Handle customer service issues related to system performance or maintenance
- Communicate with vendors or subcontractors regarding parts, services, or outsourced jobs
- Support the Operations Manager in supervising technical teams (technicians, engineers)
- Monitor team performance and ensure SOPs and safety protocols are followed
- Assist in manpower planning and deployment
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, service reports, work orders, and checklists
- Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement of equipment and parts
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on project status, maintenance tasks, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Requires Diploma in Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, Engineering (Computer), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
- Possess basic technical knowledge on ELV, networking and security systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) and good IT background knowledge will be advantage
- At least 2 years of IT / Security System industry experience
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD drawing for basic setup
- Required to travel overseas whenever required
