About the role
This full-time position based in North Region, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will coordinate activities, manage documentation, and ensure seamless project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and timely project delivery
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change requests
- Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and vendors
- Identify and address potential issues or risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Requirement:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within the construction industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
