IT Engineer (Central/ $3.5K) BG (ID: 681071)

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of IT Engineer.

• Handle and resolve IT-related requests for office and outlets
• Procure and maintain IT hardware and software by overseeing IT asset inventory
• Collaborate with IT vendors to provide system support
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues
• Manage software licenses and user accounts
• Deliver training and support to internal teams to ensure adherence to company IT policies and procedures
• Assist in the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of key systems supporting daily business operations

• Proven experience as an in-house IT engineer or similar role.
• Familiarity with POS systems in retail environment
• Practical experience in setting up and maintaining PCs, servers, MFPs, and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling using CSV or text file formats
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
