Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator (Data & Reporting)

Job Scope:

Update and monitor stock levels, coordinate orders with suppliers
Track delivery schedules to avoid stock shortages
Prepare sales reports and data analysis (Excel)
Support processing of claims and documents
Assist in promotion planning and update sales team on latest info
Keep track of sales performance and customer data Requirements:
O Level / A Level / Diploma
Preferably with some similar experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM – 5:30 PM
5-day work week (Weekends Off)
