Sales operations management coordinator

Exciting World Asia is currently hiring:

Sales Coordinator position to work in Singapore

(SALES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR)

SALES Coordinator

$3500 per month

Shops: CBD area

Responsibilities:

• Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
• Manage office supplies and bills
• Correspond with suppliers on contracts and orders
• Organise and file daily documents
• Liaise with shopping malls' management to book event spaces
• Seek leasing opportunities and preparation
• Preparation of the monthly staff salary
• Support the sales team when they need help, such as with errands.
• Liaise with Japanese import companies to coordinate product procurement and shipping.
• Manage the "Gold Member" portal system and handle user administration

(Note: system interface is in Japanese).

Job Requirements:

• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• JLPT N1 or N2 is preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Team player with a pleasant personality
• Honest and good communicator – written and verbal
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends, on a 5-day workweek basis
• Professional email and Negotiation skills
• Japanese business level is needed to communicate with the Japanese company.

Basic Information:

• A training period is required.
• A university degree is required.
