Assistant engineer, roads and road facilities management (civil)

1. Managing the daily operation and maintenance of road assets;
2. Preparing and issuing instructions / work service orders to contractors and consultants;
3. Handling public feedback;
4. Managing site matters / incidents;
5. Formulating long term maintenance plan for road assets
6. Conducting audits; and
7. Use technology tools and systems to manage road asset maintenance works with a data driven mindset

• Knowledge in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience in road design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance, material testing will be an advantage;
• Good writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Strong interest in technology and data analysis
• Passion for innovation and willing to learn new skills
