Business Analyst (Product/ Finance) - Entry Level #HZO

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30AM to 5.15PM with 1 hour meal break and Fri: 8.30AM to 5.30PM with 1 hour meal break

Salary: Up to $3500

Job Scope:

• Support the project to ensure prompt delivery and implementation with quality.
• Participate in discussions with stakeholders and may propose solutions that will meet business objectives and document the solutions and business rules into the Business Requirement.
• Collaborate with the stakeholders and team leads so that the agreed project timeline will not be impacted.
• Translate the business requirements into test scenarios, conditions and expected results for user acceptance testing.
• Accountable for the execution of user acceptance testing and results are updated with proper documentation.
• Track and monitor the outstanding defects and work with Information Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline.
• Arrange & lead checkpoint discussions on defects with Information Technology, where needed.
• Prepare training guides & train the stakeholders.
• Perform post deployment verification of the system after implementation.

• Min. Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field
