MUSG Pte Ltd is seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Kaki Bukit East Region. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth running of our operations. 1. Responsible for processing orders from receiving customer order to invoicing.
2. Process shipments and maintain sales record and database.
3. Handling customer inquiries and providing order updates and offer after-sales support
4. Maintaining the payable and receivables listing
5. Organize and update sales materials like brochures, presentations, and proposals to ensure they are ready for the sales team.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales data in our shared system
7. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of sales strategies

1. At least 2-3 years' experience in the sales support role
2. Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
4. Experience in shipping arrangement for both import and export
5. A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
