Sales Coordinator x 1 / Procurement Executive x3 - Pasir Ris

Position 1: Sales Coordinator x 1 - East area, Basic $3k-$3.6k

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Process sales orders accurately and follow through until delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain sales records, track order status, and update customer accounts.
• Minor support in purchasing role for engineering components & parts
• Support the sales team with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Position 2: Procurement Executive - Across Singapore $3k-$4k (Basic - Max)

• Source and evaluate suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.
• Prepare purchase orders and manage the full procurement cycle from order to delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Maintain supplier records and purchase documentation for audit compliance.

Requirement:

• Experience & familiar with sales coordination / procurement process (preferably at least 1-2 years of experience)
• Entry level is welcome to apply as there may have opening for entry position with training given
• Savvy in computer skills
• Ability to communicate effective among team/supplier/vendors
