Air Freight Executive (Import/Export/Cargowise/East)

Responsibilities:

• Attending to Customer’s enquiries and booking of shipments
• Arrange for space booking and monitoring
• Liaise closely with Import / Export Department for smooth execution for all jobs
• Preparation of all pre-alerts to all respective stations prior to arrival and departure of shipping
• Checking of arriving and uplift details each morning and keep all Customers informed of the acquired information
• To check and ensure customers special request / handling is duly compiled
• Deal with the respective parties effectively and efficiently, with good negotiation skills
• Good filings systems and proper housekeeping
• Build and improve good working relationships with the internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 2 years customer service experience in air freight in 3PL with CargoWise knowledge/experience
• Preferred experience with shipping procedures and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing documentation and operational tasks.
