Manufacturing Production Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure the delivery of exceptional printing services.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:Develop and implement production plans to meet client demands and deadlines.

1. Quality Assurance:Oversee quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality printed finished goods.

1. Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a skilled production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

1. Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining or enhancing product quality.

1. Inventory Management: Maintaining and keeping track of inventory. Ordering of supplies from vendors.

1. Communication and Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand client requirements and expectations.

Foster effective communication channels between departments to enhance overall workflow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production management role, preferably within the commercial printing industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes - notably large format & digital printing, technologies, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
