Production Manager / MNC / Electronics Manufacturing / Up to $8K

The Production Manager will oversee production planning and scheduling based on customer demand, equipment capacity, and material availability, while driving operational performance, cost control, and employee development to achieve business objectives and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues, and assist assemblers in troubleshooting operational problems, including grievances.
• Monitor production activities closely to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Update production schedules and ensure delivery deadlines are met. Organize production workflow according to order requirements.
• Evaluate each stage of the production process to maintain optimum efficiency.
• Prepare work assignments by studying assembly instructions, drawing specifications, and parts lists, as well as gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Develop and coordinate employee training programs to improve productivity, enhance workplace safety, and ensure operational profitability.
• Ensure the smooth flow of resources, including raw materials, and confirm that production items are delivered, utilized, and managed efficiently.
• Assess machine resources to ensure continuous production with minimal downtime.
• Evaluate production equipment and provide recommendations to Management for purchasing decisions.
• Set productivity targets for each manufacturing team.
• Develop workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and health regulations to maintain an accident-free environment.
• Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and staff scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing support experience preferably in the electronics manufacturing or similar
