Key Responsibilities:

• ? Engage Corporate Partners: Coordinate with listed companies to plan and execute shareholder engagement activities (dialogue sessions, annual report discussions, etc.)
• ? Promote Membership Benefits: Work with partners to market and promote shareholder benefits within their organizations
• ? Collaborate with Financial Providers: Partner with financial service providers to create valuable initiatives for retail investors
• ? Manage Sponsorships: Build and maintain strong sponsor relationships, ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship entitlements
• ? Support Investor Education: Assist with executing investor education and corporate governance programs
• ? Organize Key Events: Help organize and coordinate annual events to support our mission
• ? Update Corporate Database: Keep our corporate database current and organized
• ? Additional Tasks: Handle other corporate engagement activities as needed

Requirements:

• ? Education: Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• ? Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Account Servicing, Fundraising, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
• ? Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• ?️ Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• ? Team Player: A people-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively with others

Additional Info:

• ? Occasional Weekend Work: May require working 1-2 Saturdays every 6 months. Time off and allowance will be provided for weekend work.
