Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and daily arrangements
- Assist in managing educational-related planning and activities
- Accompany to appointments or activities when required
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Travel overseas when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to travel when required
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
