Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive will support the company’s business development activities by assisting with partnerships, events, and revenue-related initiatives. This role is focused on execution and coordination, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support business development initiatives and revenue-related activities
- Assist with partnerships, group bookings, and sales opportunities
- Support the planning and execution of business development events and activities
- Travel overseas when required to assist with on-site event execution and partner engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Assist with follow-ups, reporting, and general coordination tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a business development, partnerships, or marketing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confidence in presenting ideas and building relationships
- Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask
- Must be willing to travel
