Housekeeping Supervisor (HNWI Family)

• Lead and train a professional housekeeping team within a prestigious private residence

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the residence is maintained to impeccable standards
• Supervise, guide, and conduct hands-on training for junior housekeepers on cleaning techniques, wardrobe care, grooming, and service standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation meet luxury hospitality expectations
• Manage laundry, linen care, wardrobe organisation, and proper handling of luxury items and delicate materials
• Prepare housekeeping schedules, SOPs, and ensure adequate household inventory and supplies
• Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and maintenance teams when required

• Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Mandatory experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
• Experience in luxury residences, private households, or HNWI environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead and train junior housekeeping staff
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, professional, and service-focused
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Able to work flexible hours when required
