As the HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) in the healthcare sector, you will lead strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent. Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Co develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Ensure operational excellence in all recruitment processes and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving our recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) including hiring managers, agencies, educational institutes, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
