Job Description
  • Lead and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the recruitment team to ensure hiring goals align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to develop a robust talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • CEI Basic Certificate is preferred.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective hiring strategies in a competitive market.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
