Senior Project Engineer (HVAC/ACMV) | S$6,000 basic

• Salary: Up to S$6,000 basic + allowances + bonus
• Company car provided if no personal vehicle + petrol card

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Location: Jurong West, Singapore
• Leave Entitlement: 17 days (up to 21 days with tenure)
• Preference for candidates with HVAC/ACMV project experience

The organisation delivers integrated HVAC/ACMV solutions with a strong focus on project efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee HVAC/ACMV projects from planning to completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in line with contractual, safety, and quality requirements.

• Review sales handover budgets and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications
• Oversee full project lifecycle within budget and ISO standards
• Guide engineers on project execution, including scheduling, submissions, procurement, variation works, and system design
• Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with project timelines; implement corrective actions where needed
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations
• Conduct weekly project meetings and submit minutes of meeting (MOM) to Project Director
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor progress claims, interim certificates, and payment responses
• Review internal submissions including material requisitions, labour reports, claims, and forecasts
• Coordinate commercial and technical meetings with stakeholders and clients
• Ensure successful testing & commissioning, FAT, training, and project handover on time
• Lead, train, and guide engineers and supervisors in accordance with company procedures
• Manage project cash flow, procurement schedules, and equipment delivery timelines
• Track and submit Variation Orders and quotations for approvals and claims
• Prepare weekly progress reports, forecasts, and budget reviews
• Ensure timely payments and minimise overdue receivables
• Take on additional assignments as required

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC / ACMV project management
• Strong experience in VAV, residential, or commercial HVAC projects (must-have)
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively
