We are currently hiring Site Engineers and Project Engineers (up to Senior level) to join a top-tier A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, delivering large-scale building developments.

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with project schedule, cost, and quality standards for building construction projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical support in the planning and execution of building works, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure project activities are completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure proper integration and resolve site coordination issues.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure works meet required standards, and report any issues requiring corrective action.
• Ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations, working closely with WSH personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Main Contractor, with strong involvement in building construction projects.
• Experience in reinforced concrete works, structural works, and coordination of architectural and M&E trades is preferred.
• Proven experience in site engineering and project coordination within building developments such as commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
• Good understanding of local construction practices, authority requirements, and WSH regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
