We are a growing tuition centre in Singapore focused on delivering measurable learning outcomes for students and a high-quality experience for parents. As we expand our programmes and student intake, we are hiring part-time/full-time Sales Representatives to drive enrolment growth.The role works closely with our centre operations team and includes a part-time front desk/parent liaison component to ensure a smooth customer journey and strong retention.

Role Overview
This is a sales-focused role responsible for driving student enrolment through lead conversion, outreach, and pipeline management. You will represent the centre to parents and students via walk-ins, calls/WhatsApp, events, and community outreach, while supporting front desk operations and parent communications.
You will earn a competitive basic salary plus commission, including on-target commission of approximately $24,000, with unlimited upside based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Sales & Student Enrolment
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets across the centre’s programmes.
- Convert inbound enquiries and warm leads through consultative selling and clear programme recommendations.
- Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Present programme information (class formats, schedules, suitability, learning plans), address objections, and close enrolments.
- Outreach & Lead Generation
- Support and participate in recruitment activities such as open houses, trial class promotions, school/community outreach, and recruitment events.
- Proactively generate leads through referrals, partnerships, community touchpoints, and local marketing initiatives.
- Provide on-the-ground feedback to improve marketing messages and lead quality.
- Sales Pipeline & Follow-up Management
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline: lead tracking, follow-up cadence, conversion updates, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate records of enquiries, next steps, and outcomes in the centre’s tracking tools/CRM.
- Prepare regular updates on pipeline health and conversion performance.
- Admissions, Onboarding & Front Desk (Part-time Component)
- Coordinate onboarding from registration to first lesson: class placement, scheduling, and parent communications.
- Liaise with parents on queries, lesson arrangements, and student progress updates (in coordination with teachers).
- Monitor service quality: feedback collection, parent experience, and basic checks on teacher delivery standards (with management oversight).
- Support smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.
- Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident / Long-term local resident.
- Minimum Diploma qualification; Degree is an advantage.
- 1–2 years’ experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles (education sales, training sales, retail sales, corporate outreach, or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Target-driven, confident with follow-ups, and comfortable handling objections and closing.
- Able to work on weekends for recruitment events (time-off provided).
- Basic salary + commission with OTE commission of ~$24,000/year, and unlimited upside for strong performers.
- Structured training on programmes, sales scripts, and parent handling; ongoing coaching.
- Clear progression pathway (based on performance):
- Sales Representative → Team Lead / Centre Operations Lead → Centre Operations Manager
- Supportive team environment with hands-on exposure to both sales and centre operations.
