• Promote and Sell Mooncakes
• Proactively approach customers at the roadshow booth to introduce and recommend mooncake products.
• Explain product features, flavors, packaging options, and seasonal promotions to customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Stock Management
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels at the booth throughout the day.
• Conduct daily stock count and ensure proper recording of inventory.
• Assist with restocking and reporting low or damaged stock to the supervisor.
• Cashiering Duties
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts and provide correct change where applicable.
• Ensure the cash register and sales records are balanced at the end of each shift.
• Booth Upkeep & Customer Service
• Keep the booth clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
• Others
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the booth.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines while at the roadshow location.
