Logistics Executive (Central, 5 Days, $4.2k)

Work Location: Balestier

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, shipment and delivery operations to consistently achieve on-time order fulfillment.
• Process sales and purchase orders and maintain accurate system records.
• Liaise with internal teams and 3rd party logistics/forwarders on shipment schedules.
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare and manage shipping and delivery documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues when required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Maintain records and support ongoing process improvements.

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or order coordination
• Working knowledge of SAP is a MUST
• Familiar with shipping documentations
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
• Singaporean only need apply
