Job Summary
Manage and grow key retail and foodservice accounts in Singapore, driving sustainable sales growth for Aqua Green’s hydroponic vegetables.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop key accounts across modern trade retail, foodservice (HoReCa), and strategic partners
- Drive sales growth through new listings, range expansion, promotions, and contract agreements
- Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, chefs, and key decision-makers
- Develop account plans and prepare accurate sales forecasts
- Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and product launches
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth execution and service
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
- 3–6 years’ experience in key account management or sales
- Experience in FMCG, fresh food, retail, or foodservice preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Good understanding of the Singapore retail and foodservice market
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Excellent English communication
