Job Summary

Manage and grow key retail and foodservice accounts in Singapore, driving sustainable sales growth for Aqua Green’s hydroponic vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop key accounts across modern trade retail, foodservice (HoReCa), and strategic partners
  • Drive sales growth through new listings, range expansion, promotions, and contract agreements
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, chefs, and key decision-makers
  • Develop account plans and prepare accurate sales forecasts
  • Execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and product launches
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth execution and service
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field
  • 3–6 years’ experience in key account management or sales
  • Experience in FMCG, fresh food, retail, or foodservice preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Good understanding of the Singapore retail and foodservice market
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Excellent English communication
