APSN Tanglin School Relocating to Ang Mo Kio in Q4 2025

Job Purpose:

The Executive, Educational Technology (ETE) supports the school management team in promoting, planning, and executing the school's ICT strategies to foster an innovative and engaging learning environment. This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with MOE's Information Technology Division and SEB’s Digital Literacy Team to introduce new ICT initiatives that align with the school's curriculum needs and enhance our students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HOD ICT/EdTech and APSN HQ-based Infocomm team to facilitate digital transformation, recommending appropriate ICT tools and applications for integration into the school's ICT plans.

• Design and deliver ICT programmes that equip students with essential digital skills, enabling them to use technology effectively, safely, and responsibly in their daily lives, learning, and future workplaces.
• Mentor teachers in adopting effective ICT practices, tools, and applications for teaching and learning enhancement.
• Provide technical support during E-Learning Days, ensuring smooth operation of the school’s Students’ Learning Management Space (SLS).
• Create and manage student accounts for SLS and Apple ID.

• Monitor ICT funding usage and provide the HOD ICT/EdTech with solutions for efficient utilisation tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Infocomm/ IT
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in an Information Technology-related environment
• Passion for ICT, with an innovative spirit to drive digital transformation
• A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good organisational skills and able to multi-task
• Customer-centric (prioritizing the needs and experiences of key stakeholders, the teachers, students, and school staff when implementing ICT solutions), analytical and strong problem-solving skills
