Role Overview
The Head of Digital Learning & Innovation will lead the strategic vision, implementation, and continuous evolution of educational technology and AI across Tanglin Trust School. This cross-phase leadership role spans the Infant, Junior, and Senior Schools, ensuring coherence, innovation, and excellence in digital learning experiences.
The Head of Digital Learning and Innovation will report to the CEO through the Director of Learning, collaborate with the Deputy Heads (Academic) and lead the Heads of Technology, in each of the schools. Responsibilities include leading the Technology Working Group, participating in the Academic Committee, regularly joining Leadership Teams to drive digital learning, and advising the Governor’s Education sub-committee on progress.Other key relationships include the Director of Technology and the Director of Partnerships, Scholarship and Inquiry. The Head of Digital Learning & Innovation will also teach a limited number of classes in their specialist field.
