Sales & Marketing Manager – Pest Control (F&B Sector)

Job Scope

Drive new sales for pest control service contracts and smart rodent monitoring solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B clients
Conduct site surveys and prepare proposals / quotations
Follow up on leads and close sales deals
Develop marketing campaigns and online presence
Manage company website, social media, and branding activities
Support customer retention and upselling
Work closely with operations team to ensure service quality
Lead and coach junior sales staff where required

Requirements

5–10+ years sales / marketing experience
B2B experience preferred
Pest control / hygiene / F&B service experience is an advantage
Knowledge of Smart Rodent Monitoring System
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Familiar with Singapore F&B market
Own vehicle / class 3 licence preferred
